Can anyone please explain Colorado weather? Freezing fog?

Simultaneously numbingly cold whilst retaining an obscenely high moistness in the air.
No such luck over here. Dry dry dry. It *is* supposed to be rather mild this week. (Pausing to check weather widget.) Holy cow! Highs around 50 (F) and lows around freezing. Break out the zories!
